 The Orange Shop was awarded the 2011 Culinary Academy Award in a ceremony at the Don Cesar Hotel and Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida last spring. We take great pride in receiving this award, particularly after receiving the Florida Environmental Leadership Award in 2010.
We believe that things can be done in the right way. Our growing practices protect and enhance the environment while maintaining top quality standards for our products. When the highest possible recognition by both the environmental community, and culinary aficionados who can choose from among many possible flavor experiences, we feel that we've achieved that balance perfectly.
 When you support The Orange Shop through your gift and fruit purchases, it's an indication that these principles matter to you, too. There are others who provide the same kind of products, but no one else has ever achieved this level of recognition. And that's because we believe in the right things, and then try our best to achieve them. It's an idealistic approach, to be sure, but in the end, we think that good business and good sense can coexist in a way that makes the world a better place.
